HUSCO Appoints New General Counsel

HUSCO International, a global leader in the design and manufacture of hydraulic components, today announced the appointment of Michael M. Grebe as Executive Vice President & General Counsel.

Michael brings a new skill set to our executive team that will be valuable as we continue to expand around the world. In particular, we expect to utilize Michael’s extensive M&A experience as we begin to explore external growth opportunities.”

Prior to joining HUSCO, Michael served as a leading partner and Executive Committee member at Quarles & Brady, where he oversaw firm strategy and operation of its practice groups and industry teams.  Throughout his professional career, Michael has worked on the full range of business transactions and provided counsel on everything from corporate governance to government relations.

A Wisconsin native, Michael graduated from Dartmouth College and the University of Wisconsin Law School. He has devoted considerable time to local nonprofits, and serves on various boards of directors throughout the state.
