Nautilus Thermal Fluid Management
Discover the future of thermal control with our groundbreaking innovation, Nautilus. Leveraging 75 years of expertise in fluid control, this module was developed specifically for the EV market.
The patented technology provides extremely low leakage and pressure drops. Prototypes have been tested with up to 23 ports and 7 different modes, yet the design allows for very compact packaging. This approach limits the number of actuators required, reducing overall weight and cost. Coolant pumps are integral to the valve manifold assembly, further reducing the overall package size. The product is flexible for various mounting configurations, required number of ports, and specific flow modes.
Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV)
Our new Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) family offers aa competitive North American supply option backed by years of proven automotive quality and experience in precision actuation and fluid management. Husco’s EXVs cover a wide range of refrigerant options, including R-1234yf and R-290. Precision control, onboard position sensing, customizable metering, and scalable cooling capacity allow these products to work in various refrigerant applications for BEV, HEV, and ICE applications.
Specialty Actuators
With expertise in motor development, controls, micro geartrain, sensing, and PCB-A design all under one roof, our integrated actuator products provide rotary and linear actuator solutions for a vast range of applications. Husco offers a platform of brushed, brushless, and stepper motor solutions integrated with optimized geartrain and control options.

Disconnect Solutions
Husco’s disconnect systems portfolio includes various solutions for BEV, Hybrid, and ICE applications. We offer Wheel End Disconnect solutions utilizing bi-stable solenoid technology and motor-actuated solutions to engage and disengage wheels, axles, and differentials. The disconnect team will integrate our technology directly into your wheel hub, axle hub, side-shaft, or internal to your gearbox.
We provide full engineering support including controls, full system-level analysis, and sub-system and component level validation testing.
