Husco Completes Renovation to Global Headquarters

Waukesha County Business Alliance holds ribbon cutting ceremony

Waukesha, Wisconsin, Dec. 7, 2018 – Husco, a Waukesha-based designer and manufacturer of high performance electro-hydraulic components, today announced the completion of a one-year, $9.4 million renovation to its headquarters at 2239 Pewaukee Rd.

The Waukesha County Business Alliance held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the occasion.

“The completion of this renovation is significant on many levels,” said Austin Ramirez, president and CEO of Husco. “Our goal is for the Husco headquarters to provide a world class facility for our employees, while continuing to provide a foundation for our continued global growth.”

The first building on the Husco Waukesha campus was constructed in 1954. Since then, the site has undergone over 20 major renovations and additions. Today, it serves as the home base for 390 of Husco’s 1,400 global employees. The renovation was announced last September as part of an $85 million plan to expand and modernize the company’s worldwide facilities and manufacturing equipment.

“Our updated facilities will enable us to launch a number of market-shifting new technologies that will dramatically improve the productivity, efficiency and safety of Off-Highway and Automotive vehicles,” said Ramirez. “All of these new products are based on proprietary designs and many incorporate Husco’s unique electro-hydraulic technology.”

Architecture, design, and construction partners for the Waukesha renovation included Briohn Building Corporation, M&M Office Interiors, Savage Solutions and The Rodell Group.
