HUSCO Internationals decision to expand in Iowa is not only an economic development loss for Wisconsin but probably will mean job cuts at the firms Waukesha factory, the firms chairman and chief executive said Friday. Augustin A. Ramirez said Iowa offered financial incentives worth more than four times those extended by Wisconsin in its efforts to land a new HUSCO plant expected to employ about 200 people by 2011.
