A Walk Through Innovation As Pete and Austin navigated the production floor, they discussed Husco’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities at length. Known for its hydraulic and electro-mechanical components, Husco continues to develop technologies that enhance fuel efficiency, driving performance, and safety in automotive and off-highway applications.
Impact of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act “Tax cuts provide us with more liquidity to invest in equipment, people, and our community, and to do everything necessary for growth,” Austin explained. Earlier this year, he testified before Congress on the importance of maintaining the Act so businesses like Husco can continue to dedicate more dollars towards research and development.
Be Good, Do Good, Win Husco has pledged to donate at least 10% of its pre-tax profits to philanthropic causes and community initiatives. This includes the establishment of Aug Prep, a top-ranked K-12 school in Wisconsin. Over the next five years, Aug Prep’s two locations are set to educate approximately 5% of all children in Milwaukee.
