Manufacturing Operator
GREAT HOURLY RATES + SHIFT PREMIUMS + BONUSES
£10.50 P/HOUR with the ability to earn more once competencies are met!
Shift Pattern;
- Three shift rotation (8hr shifts) – a 35.5 hour week.
- Earlies – Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm & Fridays, early finish 6am to 12pm (Shift Premium £7.70 per shift)
- Lates – Monday to Thursday 12pm to 10pm & Fridays, early finish 12pm to 6pm (Shift Premium £7.70 per shift)
- Nights – Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am and on Thursday night you finish at 4am (Shift premium £11.30 per shift)

Basic Requirements:
- Assembly of hydraulic control valves in line with Standard Operating Procedures
- Testing of assembled product
- Production cell housekeeping and 5S activities
- Painting and packaging of finished product
- Warehousing, picking and linefeeding of production parts
- Operation of component wash
- Rework activity as required
- Adherence to safe working practices
